Niclas is an experienced Customer Success & CX leader, strategist and advisor, with an extensive background in Cloud Communications and Marcomms. His main passion lies in building customer-centric, empowered and vision-oriented organizations and company cultures where global and distributed teams can thrive together whilst collaboratively delivering on customer’s desired outcomes.
