An M&A and communications technology specialist, Helena joined Verdane in September 2022 as a Partner in the investment team. Prior to Verdane, Helena was the Head of M&A at Ericsson, the Swedish telecommunications technology company, for almost five years. She has two decades of experience in investment banking and spent the last ten years at Deutsche Bank, where she was Managing Director and Head of Corporate Finance Nordics. She also serves on the boards of publicly listed companies including Truecaller, the leading Caller ID and spam-blocking app.

At Verdane, Helena focuses on finding and building software businesses with a particular focus on communications technology.

Helena holds a CEMS Msc. in Finance and International Management from the Stockholm School of Economics and the University of St. Gallen.
