Anne-Marie Andric has more than 25 years of experience as an HR leader in diverse international and growing companies across different industries. Her track record includes roles in airlines (Novia Ground Handling), pharmaceuticals (Sanofi), biotech (GE Healthcare), medtech (Becton Dickinson), IT (Microsoft), data analytics (Bisnode), fintech (iZettle/PayPal), and tech/manufacturing (Husqvarna Group).
In October 2023, Anne-Marie joined Verdane as the Chief People Officer for Elevate, an in-house operational specialist team. Recently, in May 2024, she assumed the role of Chief People Officer (interim) for Verdane.
Anne-Marie is also a co-founder of HR the Real Deal, a non-profit organization that promotes and shares insights from real HR practitioners (with over 5000 engaged members). She hosts the HR VOD/POD series “HR Over the Counter” and is frequently sought after as a moderator, keynote speaker, and panellist.
Anne-Marie holds an extended Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and English from the University of Stockholm, Sweden. Her passion lies in fostering people and business growth, cultivating strong organizational cultures, impactful leadership, engaged employees, and attractive employer brands.
With a mission to drive success, Anne-Marie leads business-oriented HR teams, whether in turn-around situations, start-and-scale-ups, or maintaining double-digit growth. Anne-Marie’s expertise in cultivating compelling and sustainable employer branding was exemplified during her tenure as HR Director at Microsoft Sweden (2011-2014). Under her leadership, Microsoft Sweden received the prestigious “Best Employer in Sweden” award for three consecutive years.
