Charlotte joined Verdane in 2024. Prior to Verdane, she spent seven years with McKinsey & Company, supporting companies across strategy, operations, and multi-year transformations, primarily with a Consumer Goods and/or Private Equity industry focus. Following McKinsey, Charlotte spent three years with Acne Studios, working with strategy, expansion, and cross-organizational areas. She also has experience in impact venture building through Vargas Holding.
At Verdane, Charlotte primarily focuses on building, unlocking, and realising value within the Verdane portfolio.
Charlotte holds a MSc in Industrial Engineering and Management from Lund University, with exchange studies at École Polytechnique de Montréal. She has also studied French Literature at Lund University.
