Verdane welcomes Carl Nauckhoff as Partner and Chief Commercial Officer

• Verdane, the European specialist growth investor, has announced the appointment of new Partner Carl Nauckhoff.
• Nauckhoff will be based in Verdane’s London office, with oversight of the firm’s investor relations and public relations functions.

Carl Nauckhoff joins Verdane as a Partner and Chief Commercial Officer based in its London office. He joins Verdane from his role as Senior Principal at Investindustrial.

During his successful 15-year tenure at Investindustrial, Nauckhoff formed the investor relations function and built a global team of 15 people. Approximately €15 billion of capital was raised during his leadership period.

Prior to Investindustrial, Nauckhoff worked as an MD for Garrison Investment Group and a Partner at MVision Private Equity Advisors in New York and London. He holds a M.Sc in Business and Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics.

Nauckhoff’s leadership and experience will bolster Verdane’s investor relations and public relations teams.

Verdane announced earlier this year that it closed €2.2 billion across its latest €1.1 billion Freya XI and Edda III funds.
