Verdane, the European specialist growth investment firm, has announced the realisation of its investment in Zisson, a Norwegian provider of cloud-based communication centre software, to LeadDesk Oyj (HEL:LEADD), a leading European provider of cloud-based contact centre software.
Verdane’s realisation of Zisson comes after six years of partnership following Verdane’s acquisition of a majority ownership stake in the business through Verdane Freya IX in 2018.
