Verdane compensates for air travel through carbon offset programme

Oslo/Stockholm โ€” To compensate for our professional air travel in 2017, we are through Zero Mission supporting a project in Siaya, Kenya, which enables families to buy efficient stoves through a micro lending programme. These stoves reduce the demand for firewood, thereby reducing the risk for deforestation. In addition, the stoves significantly improve the home environment for families, since they produce less smoke than conventional stoves.
