With the acquisition Talentech becomes the leading vendor combining recruitment and advertising in one integrated solution. According to a study conducted by Manpower Group, 75% of companies struggle to attract and recruit the right candidates. This is partly because around 80% of all candidates are passive, meaning they are not actively looking for a new job. Many of the most qualified candidates are often already employed, or require a more creative approach to catch their attention. This means that companies need to rethink their recruitment strategies. In other words, the future of recruitment must be approached like marketing, where job portals, niche media, and especially social channels play a key role.
