Romain joined Verdane’s London office in 2025 as a Principal in the Investor Relations team.
He brings 13 years of investor relations experience, having spent nine years at Ardian and four years at Stirling Square Capital Partners, overseeing both project-management coordination and region-specific investor coverage.
Romain holds a Master’s degree from ICN Business School.
