Oscar joined Verdane in 2019 from a senior manager position at the Swedish business law firm Vinge. At Vinge, he worked in the firm’s M&A department, advising primarily private equity and venture capital funds in connection with acquisitions and divestments, restructurings and general corporate law matters.
At Verdane, Oscar oversees the legal aspects of Verdane’s business and investments.
Education: Oscar holds a Master of Laws from Lund University.
