Oscar oversees the legal aspects of Verdane’s business and investments. He joined Verdane in 2019 from a senior manager position at the Swedish business law firm Vinge. At Vinge, he worked in the firm’s M&A department, advising primarily private equity and venture capital funds in connection with acquisitions and divestments, restructurings and general corporate law matters.

Education: Oscar holds a Master of Laws from Lund University.
