Morten joined Verdane’s Oslo office as the Chief Information Officer in 2023.
As CIO, Morten is responsible for overseeing the data and IT teams, ensuring that Verdane’s digitalization strategy supports the organization’s needs with the necessary data and information, systems support, and guidance on cutting-edge technologies. Morten ensures that internal teams have the support they need, manages IT operations to keep systems secure and efficient, optimizes processes, automates tasks to enhance productivity, and oversees the data infrastructure by implementing governance policies, maintaining data quality, and ensuring scalability.
