Martin joined Verdane as a Talent Director in 2022 as part of our Elevate team, with a focus on Talent across our portfolio companies including Board level and Senior Management hires as well as responsibility for our Advisory network. He’ll be working with our portfolio to build high-performing leadership teams as they scale, and to imbed best practice principles when it comes to recruitment, retention, and compensation.
Prior to Verdane, Martin spent 10+ years as a Partner at a boutique search firm, working closely with private equity and venture capital firms to place hundreds of executives across their talent ecosystems on a global, regional, and local level.
Martin holds a BA in International Relations and Politics from the University of Kent at Canterbury.
