Lisa joined Verdane in 2021 as Sustainability Business Developer for Elevate, Verdane’s in-house team of operational experts. Working in collaboration with Verdane’s Sustainability Lead Axel Elmqvist, she is responsible for helping Verdane’s portfolio companies develop their sustainability performance by providing a structured sustainability work process, ESG data collection support and by developing both Verdane’s and the portfolio companies’ strategic sustainability work.

In her previous role at Narva, a leading Nordic communications consultancy firm, Lisa worked with clients in various industries such as the IT, finance, real estate and food industries to help them create value for investors, shareholders and society at large by developing sustainable business opportunities. As part of her work, Lisa developed and implemented strategic sustainability work, data collection, and sustainability reporting. She also has experience from the food and grocery retail industry as a Sustainability Strategist at Coop, a leading Swedish supermarket chain where she oversaw sustainability trends and requirements, managed projects regarding food waste and helped customers to make sustainable choices through strategic communication.

Lisa holds a BSc in Business and Economics from Uppsala University and MSc in Environmental and Natural Resource Economics from the University of Copenhagen.
