Kristian joined Verdane in 2025 as Chief of Staff, working closely with the Chief Operating Officer and Managing Partner on strategic and operational initiatives.
Before joining Verdane, Kristian spent five years with Bain & Company’s Private Equity Group, advising private equity clients across Europe and North America on investment decisions and strategic priorities.
He studied political science at the University of Bergen and Harvard University, and holds a postgraduate degree in Economic Policy from the London School of Economics.
