Katja joined Verdane in 2024. She has previously been working as an Investment Director at a DACH mid-cap fund, where she sourced and closed partnerships with several companies in the European mid-market segment.
Katja started her career at Bain & Company with a primary focus on the private equity industry.
At Verdane she focuses on investments within the energy transition and resource efficiency space.
Katja holds a Master’s Degree from the ESB Business School in Reutlingen and completed exchange-programs at Harvard University and Portland State University.
