Katinka joined Verdane’s London office in 2023 as a Talent Associate at Elevate, Verdane’s in-house team of operational experts. She collaborates with portfolio companies and supports them on executive recruitment and talent management projects. She has previous experience from Seeker Solution and Teach First.
Katinka holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, and completed her MSc in Organisational and Social Psychology at the London School of Economics.
