As a data engineer on the Verdane Elevate team, Jones enables data-based decision making throughout the Verdane ecosystem by overseeing the data platforms empowering the value chain.

Prior to joining Verdane, Jones worked at DNB as a Data Engineer within the Transaction Services team in the Insight Platform for Analytics. He was responsible for developing and maintaining Personal Finance Management services that were widely used by customers through the mobile bank. Additionally, he served on the Data Centre of Excellence team that established best practices for cloud data processes and tooling as well as arranged knowledge sharing events through workshops and meetups.

Jones holds a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Leeds and a MSc in Advanced Computing from the University of Bristol.
