Johnny joined Verdane’s Oslo office as Partner in 2018. Johnny has over 30 years of entrepreneurial and operational experience from the software sector. Over the past 20 years, he has held senior management positions in the Nordic IT industry in companies such as EDB Business Partners, Banqsoft AS and Spring Consulting AS. Johnny has also been a board member and chairman of the board of a number of fast growing software companies including Banqsoft, eAccount, Exie AS, EDB Companies, Lingit, Mantacore and SPN.
Johnny has been working with Verdane since 2003, when Verdane Capital IV invested in Spring Consulting, of which he was founder and CEO, and he is a repeat Verdane CEO through his role at the helm of Verdane Capital IV portfolio company Banqsoft.
Education: Johnny holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Oslo Business School in Norway.
