Johan joined Verdane’s Copenhagen office in 2025, having previously worked as an investment professional at VIA equity where he focused on the software and IT services sectors. Prior to VIA, he gained experience in investment banking at Houlihan Lokey in Stockholm.
At Verdane, Johan focuses primarily on new investments and existing holdings within B2B software.
Johan holds a BSc in Business and Economics from Lund University and an MSc in Finance from Stockholm School of Economics.
