Janine joined Verdane’s team in Oslo in 2025. She has extensive experience supporting top executives and management teams in large organizations such as Telenor and Nordea. In both organizations she worked as a trusted partner to senior leaders, combining administrative skills with responsibilities in HR, onboarding, employer branding, and internal communications.
At Verdane, Janine is Executive Assistant to the Managing Partner, Bjarne Lie.
Education: Janine holds a Master of Science in Leadership and Organizational Psychology from BI Norwegian Business School. She also has a Bachelor’s degree in Social and Cultural Studies from the University of Oslo.
