Gintare joined Verdane Elevate in April 2025 as Finance Director, with a focus on Decarbonisation, and is based in the Stockholm office.
She brings broad experience from finance roles across companies of varying industries, sizes, and stages of maturity — from large and medium-sized listed businesses to fast-growing start-ups and scale-ups. Gintare has a strong track record of driving operational improvements, establishing effective controlling and reporting functions, and enhancing finance routines. She thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments where she can deliver tangible results and create the financial clarity needed to drive informed, fact-based decision making at every level.
Gintare holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Vilnius University.
