Clara joined Verdane’s Stockholm office in 2023 as a Legal Associate. Prior to joining Verdane, Clara worked as an Assistant Manager at EY Law which is affiliated with the Ernst & Young corporation. At EY Law, she worked in the M&A and corporate law department, advising clients in connection with acquisitions and divestments, restructurings, and general corporate law matters.

Education: Clara holds a Master of Law from Lund University.
