Caroline joined Verdane as a Data & AI Director in February 2024. As part of the Elevate team, she is responsible she is responsible for supporting Verdane´s portfolio companies to accelerate their Data and AI journey by strategically planning efforts to realize value and become data-led. She also works with investment teams on opportunities and due diligence.

Caroline has a previous experience as a consultant, working with Data & AI since 2017. She has a proven track record of driving strategies and execution for industrialization, establishing practices around Responsible AI and Data Ethics, along with building and executing strategic roadmaps to enable the necessary capabilities and use cases across industries.

Caroline holds a MSc. In Management and IT from Uppsala University.
