Andreas joined Verdane’s Oslo office in January 2026 as an Operating Principal in the Decarbonisation team, focusing on energy transition and resource efficiency. He brings deep operational and strategic experience from the sustainability and recycling sector, where he has spent the majority of his career driving transformation, growth, and integration across complex industrial organisations.
Prior to joining Verdane, Andreas spent twelve years at NG Nordic, a leading PE‑owned Nordic recycling group. During his tenure, he held several executive positions, including Divisional Head and CEO of NG Metall, Divisional Head and CEO of Norsk Gjenvinning Norway, and Group Chief Strategy Officer. He has extensive experience across major transactions, acquisitions, mergers, and integration programs.
Before transitioning into operational leadership, Andreas began his career as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company.
He holds Master’s degrees from Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg and ETH in Zürich, covering mechanical engineering, business, management, finance, and renewable energy.
