Oslo & Paris, 16 May 2023: Papirfly has today announced its acquisition of Keepeek, the French market leader in Digital Asset Management (DAM). The market for DAM is expected to grow by 10% CAGR globally, reaching €1.3 billion by 2026. This acquisition is part of Papirfly’s ongoing efforts to expand and strengthen its position as leading innovators of brand management solutions within Europe. Papirfly Group, which is majority owned by European growth investor Verdane, helps customers including BMW, Unilever, Vodafone and IBM deliver consistent branding across locations.
Founded in Norway 20 years ago, Papirfly is present in eight European countries and helps over 600 companies and one million users meet the daily challenges of brand management. Papirfly helps customers efficiently manage a consistent, high quality brand experience across all channels.
