Stockholm/Copenhagen — Verdane Capital VIII (Verdane) has bought shares in five companies within facility management, construction engineering and point of sales systems for restaurants. ”Sequent has done a great job in building this portfolio of aspiring companies across diversified markets,” says Pål Malmros, Partner at Verdane Capital Advisors. “We are really looking forward to work with management and the other shareholders in order to continue the companies’ development into the next level of growth.”

Through the transaction, Verdane became the owner of five companies within facility management, construction engineering, infrastructure inspection services and point of sales systems for restaurants. Verdane share our view on the companies’ future, maintains a long-term perspective and possesses a holistic approach to the portfolio. These were key qualities for us when evaluating this deal. We are really looking forward to see how the companies develop under Verdane ownership.”
