Davud joined Verdane’s Stockholm office in August 2025 as a Legal & Compliance Counsel. As part of the Legal team, he will support Verdane in day-to-day legal and compliance matters.
Prior to joining Verdane, Davud worked in in various roles within the financial sector, including in the capital markets department at the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority, in-house at a leading Nordic fund administrator and as part of the compliance function at a Swedish bank.
Education: Davud holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Stockholm University and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) with a concentration in international and comparative law from the University of Illinois College of Law.
