Marina joined Verdane in September 2025 as part of the Elevate team, focusing primarily on Talent and Recruitment across our portfolio companies in DACH. As a Talent Director she is responsible for building high-performing leadership teams, including Board Level and Senior Management hires.
Before joining Verdane, Marina built more than seven years of experience across Recruitment and HR. She served as a Recruitment & HR Manager at a restructuring fund, where she worked closely with portfolio companies and led C-Suite hiring, and earlier worked at a recruitment firm, specializing in placing IT specialists in large-scale local projects.
Marina holds a BA in Marketing & Communication and an MA in Economics & Sales from the International School of Management in Hamburg.
