Sozan joined Verdane in 2025 as the Performance and Talent Director and is located in the Stockholm office.
At Verdane, Sozan focuses on driving and building an efficient and clear performance development process, providing clarity on career paths and ensuring growth and development in an ongoing growing business.
Prior to Verdane Sozan spent 11 years at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) working in various HR roles. The last 5 years her main focus was building the Performance and Talent function. She managed 250 employees across Nordics, including 60 people managers that she provided coaching and guidance to.
Sozan holds a Bachelors degree in HR and Leadership from Skövde University and a Master in Strategic HR and Labour relations from Gothenburg University.
