Kristofer joined Verdane’s Elevate team in Oslo as Director in 2024. He is responsible for sustainability across Verdane, working across the investment lifecycle, from sustainability due diligence on new investments to hands-on value creation with portfolio companies.
Prior to Verdane, Kristofer was EY’s Nordic Lead for Sustainability Strategy and Transformation, advising listed companies and SMEs on strategy, double materiality, climate risk, transition planning and CSRD across energy, infrastructure, manufacturing and textiles.
Kristofer holds an MA in International Relations and Modern History from the University of St Andrews.
